Not a Reiki site per se, but a lovely, bookshop in Covent Garden. Treadwell’s specialises in books on the history of belief, culture, magic, ritual and mythology. They also stock an impressive collection of rare and out-of-print texts, with emphasis upon mystical works of all varieties.

All of my Reiki courses are held here, as we have a spacious and beautifully decorated room underneath the shop (which is housed in an 18th century listed building). The book shop also hosts a wide variety of events, lectures, classes, workshops, performances and social gatherings. Treadwell’s is truly a labour of love; those of us who work there have put much work into making the shop a beautiful environment in which to happily lose oneself for a little while. The staff is friendly and educated, and welcomes browsers. Treadwell’s is located in the heart of Covent Garden in central London. If you are in the area, please drop by for a visit!

This is the extensive website Frans and Bronwen Stiene, internationally acclaimed authors of The Japanese Art of Reiki and The Reiki Sourcebook. The Stiene’s have been practicing and teaching the art of Usui Reiki Ryoho since 2001, and their contribution towards the understanding of traditional Japanese Reiki branches is unparalled. Highly recommended, and an invaluable resource.

Website of Nina Fotara, practitioner and teacher of Usui Reiki Ryoho. I had the great pleasure to study with Nina, who is in turn a student of Frans Steine. Nina’s practice is based in South Woodham Ferrers, Essex, UK.

My first school where I studied in 1999-2000. Founded by Amy Weeks, and based in Atlanta, Georgia, USA.

Frank Arjava Petter is a noted Reiki teacher and author, and this lovely site is his virtual home. Frank spent many years in Japan, practicing Reiki and researching its roots and origins. His work has been invaluable to the Reiki community, and has helped to clarify many misconceptions about the origins of Usui Reiki Ryoho.
